踊るカツオ節と幻覚
Some observations and imaginings from my trip to Japan and one month residency at Sapporo Tenjinyama Art Studio.

Bonito flakes are often used to garnish dishes such as okonomiyaki. When the steam passes through them, the flakes move like they are dancing. These photographs are some imagined bonito flake choreographies.
